Sony Xperia J8110 constantly freezing. Can you help me please?

Please can anyone help me with this. My Sony Xperia J8110 phone is constantly freezing and sometimes I can't  even restart it. It is only 16 months old. Any advice would be really appreciated.  Thank you.
