Locking files

Hi.  As I locked my personal photos and videos in smart lock application. But,Still it's appears in the downloads - external - same file.  

 I don't want that to be appear in the do we loads -  external.  That should be lock in the smart lock application. 

Please do refer me a good understanding service.
