Call management notification not clearing after nougat update

Recently buyed these new phn xperia x, which is having a problem in clearing off the call management notification after updating my phn... Its trurcaller a phn or its the software problem of phn?? Fix the problem or send me a solution to the problem

First boot in >>> safe mode > open the phone app > menu call history > menu > clear call history > what's the result?
