Availbility of xperia x and services

I am going to buy a sony xperia x but recently I have heard that sony is discontinuing sony xperia x and x compact,so I just to ask that wether we would get the services provided by sony and warranty.Also whether sony would discontinue selling xperia x or it would not make a successor to xperia x
