My KD42XF7596 Autoresets and then flashes the red LED 6 times

Over the last 24 hrs my TV started to reset itself and now it turns off and flashes the RED LEDs 6 times. In the help desk lines it only seems to talk about 7-8 flashes. Any clues as to how I might resolve the problem or is this terminal? TV is only 2 months old.

Unfortunately I don't think there is a quick fix for this

as it's probably  hardware related.

Hi, I have a similar problem with my KDL-42W653A. I've tried the 020 number and a simple re-boot was suggested ( switch off at wall, unplug attached STBs, wait a couple of minutes and switch on again ) No luck with that, so I was given the numbers for a couple of Service Agents and that the number of red flashes in the sequence was important info for them. I was hoping to find info here ( determined by the 6 red flashes ).
