Streaming problems with Bluetooth

My Xperia tablet Z doesn’t stream video well when using either Bluedio or sennheiser pxc550 headphones. The stream stops, loops on a 10 second (rough) cycle, goes back then replays sections of live streaming. Also happens on Netflix or Stan 

Any ideas? Android 5.1.1
