Sony music unlimited

I hope someone can help.

I have used musicsync on my pc. to register my existing music library with the music unlimited cloud service.

When I log into music unlimited on my  tablet I can see my library, but when I go to play a song nothing happens!!! The application does not crash but the play and track progress bar never move.
