Connect a Sony Xperia S Tablet to the internet (data card / tether)

I have a Sony Xperia S Tablet that I would like to connect to the internet.

Is it possible to connect the device to the internet using

1) An internet dongle (a GSM external data card) using the USB port ?

2) Connect a Blackberry Bold 3 running OS 3 to the tablet to surf the net ?
