I have just bought the above TV and have not been able to get the internet features to work. The onscreen information says I have a strong connection with my router but nothing actually works. If I press Netflix button nothing happens and with anything else I get either no connection or try again later messages.
I have been in contact with Don't support but they have not been able to solve the problem.
