Mex-bt3800u problems

Hi everyone,

Forum newbie here so please don't laugh

I have an mex-bt3800u head unit in my car and I love it,

But I have recently lost the volume knob for it and didn't know if there was any

Way of getting a replacement as it looks awful without one and it's starting to bug me =(

Also does anybody know if it's possible to connect an iPhone 4s via bluetooth as I can't get it to work

Sorrr for the bad layout, all done on my trusty phone

Any awnswers would be greatly appreciated
