Hi montstpere,

I would say there is a good chance that you can get this to work.  Usually what you need is two types of adapter lead: one is an interface from your make of car, and then a second which is a patch between this adapter and the brand of stereo you are using.

Sony don't do these leads as far as I know, but I've previously used leads from a company called Connects2 and found them to be very good.  Below is a link to their website, and you should be able to find the two types of lead you need here, although I'd be inclined to even ring them to check that your car and stereo are catered for.
