INZONE WF-G700N

Hello everyone!
so i recently got gifted INZONE WF-G700N, and im struggling with it 
1- i can NOT pair it with my phone even though i reboot it and did all the instructions

2- when i'm doing my 360 spatial sound in my phone and taking the photos to my ears its says data is saved now you can return to the pc app bu on the pc the QR tap is just there and i tried many time and even one time i left it for hours and the data did not register on the pc spp, i have the same account for both

3- i dont have the chat and the game mode on the windows sounds tap, it shows only the INZONE BUDS- Chat

please help i got it as a gift and the person who bought it lost the receipt

Hi @SaifAli, make sure that the headset is not connected to any other device. When you use the QR code for the 360 reality audio, just login with the same account credentials on your PC using the music service app. 

Did you try the chat and the game mode on a different PC or a laptop? It can be related to the PC itself.
