Wirless network problem

Hi all,
I have just bought a new vgn-n11m notebook.
problem is that when i try to open my net with secure wireless network the network is not working but when i try to do with an unsecure nerwork my net is working..
i have done all the restoring things but no luck ..
so can anyone help me please???
