w2 sp2 keyboard

i have just insuled sp2 4 xp and i have a sign sayin that keyboard does not work as it sould do..... wat the hell is wrong with sp2 any idea`s guys....

yeah the update is on vaio link, it applies to the w1 and w2 for the keyboard closure..
