VPCCB2M0E Bluetooth Problem

I have installed the Bluetooth software from the support site but it just will not stay on. If I go into the Device manager I have a yellow exclamation on the Generic Bluetooth Adaptor, I can switch the bluetooth on and the exclamation goes away but 5 seconds later it switches itself off again. Any ideas

Hi,

The webcam uses drivers included in the Windows installation and does not need an individual installable driver.

What are you wanting to do?
