I have installed Windows Vista Business and keep getting a message on start-up saying it is not working and has been closed down. I cannot turn the sound on either. Anyone got a fix for this problem please? :smileygrin:

You can restore your vaio back to it's original factory settings by pressing F10 repeatedly when booting your Vaio, this usually start the recovery program..
