My laptop is now just over 1 year old and I am having problems with the DVD RW drive. If I place software in it it will not read it for maybe 20 times then I could try it again and it will work. Its the same with audio cds some play some won't. I would be grateful if anyone could help me it is so frustating.

Try a DVD lens cleaner, but to be honest a ^lot^ of people have had to send their drives away for repair
