VAIO Ultrabook Battery not charging

Hello

I have a VAIO Ultrabook, model number SVD1121Q2EB.  The battery reports "4% available (plugged in, not charging)".  It is plugged into the mains.  It has worked properly.

VAIO Care reports the battery health is excellent.

The battery will not charge when connected to the mains.

Could anybody give me any ideas on how to solve this?
