Vaio Pro 13 - Windows 8.0 or 8.1?

Hi, I'm waiting for my SVP13 (red shiny) and was wondering if it will ship with 8.1 or 8.0.  Anyone know? It's "custom build" (all red ones appear to be) so I'm hoping it will be 8.1.
