Upgrading to Windows XP PRO

Hi, I have purchased a new sony Vaio PCG-FR415M . I am not able to upgrade it to Windows XP Pro . When the installation for professional is complete , it gives an error stating running low of virtual memory. I increased the virtual memory too , still I have the same problem it gives an error after the final installation and tends to restart again and again.:smileycry:

I bought Windows 2000 professional Disk and tried to Install it, But then the display driver wouldn't install, as the display adapter driver is just installed for windows XP.

Please suggest me on the same.
