Upgraded to Windows 10 in my Sony Vaio; fingerprint doesn´t work; forgot password; can´t access to my computer

I upgraded to Win 10 on my Sony Vaio. I always used fingerprint scan to login into my computer and as such don't know my password anymore. Then, when I upgraded and tried to login with my fingerprint it didn't work. Now I can't login!  Please help me login into my computer, NOT into my Windows account!!!

The fingerprint reader usually reads the Windows login.

Do you know your Windows password?

Did you check the support pages for your Vaio model to see incompatibilities with Windows 10?
