Update problem

Hi to all,
i have a little question...
Can i download the upgrade (vaio zone) from to another pc??
In other word.. because my home connection(were my V2M is located) is very slow i want to download my upgrade from my office pc (with hdsl) but when i reach the download page this is not available.

What you suggest??
