The Vaio Info Center does not open

I have a pcg-z1rsp and it comes with this button "Vaio Info center" on the start menu. I used to be able to use this but lately when I click on the button the Vaio info Center window does open but then nothing else opens - past the 3rd menu. I mean if i click "welcome" i get another menu , then i click "user guide" i get another menu, but then on the next menu nothing opens. I click " hardware guide" or "software guide" or whatever on this last menu and nothing happens. I am well connected to the internet of course on broadband. can somebody please tell me how to solve this? Thank you

Reset Internet Explorer to default settings and see whether this makes a difference. (Advance tab of options > Restore Defaults)

Make sure you have downloaded Macromedia Flash Player from www.macromedia.com/flash/

thank you for your tip. I have only checked the forum today . It did work. Thank you for your excellent help. By the way, do you of any way I can add more memory to the graphics card? I only have 16MB which is clearly not brilliant.

I don't think you can "borrow" memory from the system RAM for the VRAM.

Well you can, but that sort of thing is in the BIOS and its for the ATi IGP cards to name one.

You see this sort of thing with shared or integrated graphics.

COuld you please tell me kow i do it on the BIOS, like a step by step instructions? I am not a knowledgeable person on computers and i d like to try to add more menory to the vcard through the BIOS (I have only 512 ram but i am upgrading to 1G soon - the max possible, i guess). The Z1 has by far the best design of all vaio notebooks. Only 2 things not so good: Bad graphics card, not interchangeable, no possibility to by a better one. ANd keybord not backlit. I guess i ll have to by a powerbook if i dont find a way to improve the vcard memory which is insufficient for steaming videos (it buffers all the time, image freezes...) let alone for photoshop work or autocad...

Thank you in advance
