Support not co-operating

Just to let you know, e-support is giving me a hard time on this license issue. Basically they're saying "tough luck, buddy". Not acceptable of course, but indicative of their service disposition and very easy sitting behind your desk thousands of miles away from the angry customer.

Now that my hard disk has hard crashed after two weeks of use, this whole Sony Vaio thing is starting to feel less and less of a good idea. Unreliable bunch, these Sony guys.

Cheers,

Marc

So they are telling you it's tough luck you don't have Premiere Elements - even though it was advertised as having it?

You're legally allowed to get a refund and state it's not fit for purpose, or you can report them for false advertising.
