Sony Viao sound

I have a Sony Viao Ultrabook running Windows 10. I have virtually no sound and cannot play music or use Skype etc.  Can anyone help me please?

Hi grannysurfer,

You haven’t given us much to go on but I would guess that this could be a driver problem.

Check the sound card manufacture for a Windows 10 driver.
