Not possible to apply Firmware update to Version M010

I've tried to update the firmware for some hours using Izone HUB 1.0.6.1 software on HDMI and DP display ports, different USB cables and ports, using 2 laptop PC's with fully updated Windows 11 and up to date drivers, different USB hubs, several plug/unplug, turn on/off tasks, Windows restarts and PC shut downs. Every time I get this:
