RX 417 MIDI Connection

The 417 has no game port connector an it´s back side. I need to connect a MIDI device which has a game port interface.

Does anyone know of an USB-MIDI Adapter or has details to the fact that the motherboard may feature a game port which has just not been fed out to back with a connector?
