Questions VPCF24P1E

First I'm using a clean installation of Windows8 on my VPCF24P1E, and my questions are:

1\ how to get that sweet popup (or whatever) when usinh the FN keys: embeded pointer, volum...
2\ when I was installing the windows, I accidently deleted the OEM partition, I know two guys whom have the same laptop as me, os is it possible to get that OEM partition and use it with my laptop? Thank you.
