Protection Suite QL error

Hi, got a VGN SZ3XWP laptop.

Whenever I run any high power game such as Half Life 2, Quake 4, etc, I get the following error message :

'Runtime error

Program file/Protection Suite QL/menusw.exe

R0625
-pure virtual function call'

What is this ? Can I disable Protection Suite to fix ?

Hi kenito,

It might be a process stopped by overheating: components on MB are very close and if running in a long time period heavy graphical processes, you might receive this kind of surprises.

Check specs in the box of your games the minimum hardware settings to run them properly.
