Problem with Roxio Media

I have just recovered my Vaio back to its original state and now I cannot use Roxio Digital Media.

When it is loading up i get the message (please see attachment).

Hi DJ Woody,

What model Vaio do you have..?

Was Roxio Digital Media pre-installed on your vaio, if so you may be able to re-install see below (I'm presuming you have a Vaio with a hard-drive recovery system)..

Goto Start > All Programs > Vaio Recovery Tool and click on Vaio Recovery utility.

Once the Vaio Recovery utility has loaded, click the options button and select Recovery Specific Applications that were pre-installed, click OK, then Yes and Yes again.

Unfortunately not all applications are available for recovery in this way, therefore you may not see Roxio Digital Media in the list...
