Hi

I bought a VAIO six months ago and the model number on the back says PCG-9N1M. The digital imagery - scanner and camera imagery - is very poor quality and I thought I might need to update the drivers. However, when I attempted to do this, the model number was not recognised. I would appreciate any help.

Ignore the model number on the back and use the serial number at the http://www.vaio-link.com site to get access to the drivers. The 'real' model number of your computer is normally on the top of the computer near the bottom of the opened screen.
