Note Book crashes

Anyone experience notebook (PCG-GRV616G) locking up without warning, mine does ( twice today ) and has ever since I purchased it just over a year ago, the only way to reset is hold the powerbutton down because the keyboard does not respond. I have upgraded using sony drivers from this site,I have recently installed servicepack 2 and new security udates but it still locks randomly. the only guess I can make is maybe overheating of the processor as the fan speeds up up when it locks ? Help !:smileycry:
