the fan is very noisy and the CPU is becoming very hot sometimes, so hot that it is turning down itself.

Well as long as its not under warranty and you're sure you'e capable of the task, you will have to find retaining screws/clips to remove the keyboard and take it from there.

Taking apart any laptop is tricky due to everything being crammed together. Sony like to complicate things by 'hiding' some of the screws
