High speed USB 2.0

I have a PCV-RX203, with 2 USB 1.1 ports on the front, and also on the back. Can anyone tell me if I can upgrade the front USB ports to high speed USB 2.0 ports? If it's possible, some advice on how to do it would be much appreciated.

The back ones would be easier to upgrade by buying a PCI card
