FX801 - Upgrade (RAM)

Hi,

I want to upgrade the RAM from 256MB to 512 MB. The hardware specification guide instructs to use 'PC133 (CL2) SDRAM SO-DIMM (glod leaf contacts)'. I referred to the sony-syle accessory match and resulted in PCGE-MM256D. But it does not have the specifications in detail. Can you please mention any other website where I can buy the RAM online with the above specification.
