Hi,
Have had a FS285E for about 6 months all been going fine. However just tried using the DVD drive to back up some files and i keep getting an error using Sonic Recordnow. After some research the error seems to be to do with Copyright since i am only backing up image files this seems a little strange. I have tried 3rd party software with no luck (error messages leading to do with copyright again). I am using DVD+R which show as compatible in the drive spec but could this be the problem?. If anyone has had same problem help would be appreciated.
