Catalina Compatibility

Hi

Trying to re-install apps onto Sony RX10 M3 camera but downloaded PMCA Downloader from Sony site only to find it is not compatible with MacOS Catalina. Now note that it was incompatible way back in October 2019. Any solutions in sight?
