Could someone please remind me of the key sequence needed to access the boot-up screen so that I can change it? TIA

On my VAIO I have to press F2 when the Sony Logo is displayed in order to enter the BIOS screen and change settings - Hope this is what you are looking for.

Yeah F2 in most cases gets you into the bios though there isnt an awful lot of settings to change.
