BIOS-Update

My Bios-Version is R0208D1 Phoenix-Bios
I have a Vaio SR21K :smileygrin:

Is there a newer Bios in the ftp-section?
What ist the name of the update?

I need the Bios-Update, because my Bios does not recognise my USB-Stick for the boot-sequence, so that I cannot boot from USB-Stick or, I guess, also from other USB-devices like CD, DVD...

The only way to know is checking VAIO-Link.
If there isn't then there isn't.
Do not try flashing the BIOS with anything else but Sony aproved BIOSes.

Only BIOS upgrade available on vaio-link is the one required if you upgrade to Win XP, if you are still running the original W2K OS you better stick to your current BIOS
