BIOS Update without FDD

I have a VAIO SR21K, but no Floppy-Drive.
Do I have a chance to update the BIOS without a floppy?

Yes, as most VAIOs have a BIOS flashing utility that will allow Windows BIOS flashing.

If you only have a CD-R/RW drive then you can also create a bootable CD with the flash program and BIOS update.

A google search will find sites which explain the process - one of the best sites for instructions on how to create a bootable CD is http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/

Remember that BIOS updates should only be performed if you are having problems that are rectified by the update.
