Best way of using laptop charger

Hi. My laptop is Vaio Fit 15A (svf15n18pxb). I'd like to ask is it better to leave my laptop plugged in at 100% charged battery or unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged? I'm concerned about my battery's lifespan.
