audio problem

hi everybody,
i've got sony FZ21S and i love it specially when i used as a blue-ray player on lcd tv. at the moment i'm having problem ripping cd's music, it says "audio format needs upgrading." but before, i used to rip cd's music and there's no problem at all. can anyone give me a link on how to download and/or upgrade audio format PLEASE. many thanks indeed.
