Adobe Premier Elements 3

Hi there,
can anybody help me ? i have done a compleate restore, but now when i try to run Premiere Elements 3 and Photo Elements 5, the software tells me its not compatable with Vista and to go to the Adobe site for updates. When i do go to the site therse no info to upgrade. Please help.
