Why aren't AVI files showing? KDL-40EX403

Hi all

OK, I've setup my my tv with my pc and can view pictures and mp3s that are stored on my pc.  However, none of my avi's show up.  Anyone know why?  I'm assuming that this TV doesn't play these files as standard via the ethernet port (although I know it plays them via a USB memory stick because I've tested it) but I wondered if there was any way of forcing it to play these files via the ethernet option?

Yes there is. Install mezzmo on your pc and you can play all your media via the ethernet port.
