What indoor aerial works best with freeview?

We have a KDL 19L4000 that used to work reasonably well in our old house with an indoor tv antenna type aerial. Since moving to our bungalow, we cannot get any channels even after auto tuning. Please can anyone suggest a suitable aerial that will work with a free view box ( we are fully digital in our area). I am trying to avoid the dreaded multi room with Sky @ £10 per month!!:smileyconfused: We would prefer to have an indoor type if possible

As I recently purchased an indoor aerial for my mum and went for the Philex SLX Gold 27770R from ASDA.  I also purchased a better aerial lead and it generally works pretty well.  My mum reports to me that the signal does break up every now and then for about 5 seconds, but not very often.
