Warranty for TV held with closed Sony Centre

Hi,

your support staff told me that my extended warranty that I purchased is held with a Sony Centre that has closed down. My TV is broken now and I paid for this warranty, your team were unable to provide me with the administrators for this store. Please can you help track them down, the store was based in Bolton, BL1, 10 Newport St.

If this is a genuine sony warranty then the warranty is with sony uk not with the store so is still valid,does not matter that the store is no longer trading

If this is a Sony warranty - it rather sounds like the extended warranty was supplied by the Sony Centre through a third party.
