tv will soon turn off by idle tv stand by

i get this message on tv when played through a humax topbox all powersaving is turned off,

should i try a factory reset?Jimco

Hi,

its highly unlikely that idle tv standby is set to off in the eco settings of the tv.

Factory reset seems to have cured the fault,

but i've lost my old epg its replaced with a guide-plus dont like it one bit

any body know how to get old one back?
