Suggestion for X850B improvement

I really love my new tv but the navigation is very clunky at the moment, I would like to see features such as the guide and recordings as standalone apps so that they can be accessed quickly from one screen.

Also I am seriously dissapointed to here there are no plans to incorporate 4OD and ITV player into the range at this time and that future tvs will be adopting the android os which will effectively kill further development on my 1 month old £1300 tv

Don't understant what you do you mean for the guide and recording features... thay can be accessed via direct remote button, so no screen to navigate....

In regards to ITV Player and 4OD, unfortunately this is out of Sony's hands.  Sony would like to have those apps on the TVs, but its not up to Sony.  Please contact ITV Player and 4OD to request this.  The more people who request these from ITV and Channel 4, the more likely those 2 companies may spend money to develope the apps for the Sony platform.
