Sony TV USB Problem

Hi,

Recently I have a very annoying problem with my Sony Tv. It was working fine before, then suddenly the problem appeared. Whenever I connect my usb to the tv, the button highlighted("more") on the attached picture won't work.

So I cannot access to the rest of the video files on the usb. 

Any idea what can cause this problem?

What model are we talking about? You can still attempt a System restart.
