Sony KDL-40WE665B channels change their positions in the list or disappear from the list

My mother has TV Sony KDL-40WE665B, using digital channels over antenna, has some 80 channels in the list. I always sort them out according to my mother's preference, but after some time some channels either change their positions or disappear from the list. This is very frustrating.

I got the TV to the Sony service center to get it repaired as also some strips were seen on the screen. They've repaired the screen and the strips are not there any more, but the issue with the channels changing their positions in the list or disappearing from the list persists.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Vlad,

Please disable "Service Exchange" and "Automatic Service Update" in the channel setting and perform a new scan.

This should solve the issue.

Hi Peter,

Many thanks. I will do and let the TV run for some days and will see.
Anyway, it looks very promising as there might be some changes in the
channels by providers and then the list might 'get corrupted'.
